What makes a GOOD Source?
 Is it reliable? (written by a source you can trace?)
Can you read and understand it?
Does it have enough information?
Are there images or lists of other sources that you can use ?

* Confidential information will be sent via email and/or put on FreshGrade, get in the habit of checking them regularly

* Ask questions and give me feedback on how things are going. This is new to ALL of us!

We will be using TED-ED for this lesson, please sign up for a free account using your name (no amusing nicknames please- I can't assess your work if I don't know who did it!).

Go to TED-ED lesson 'The End of the Feudal System'

Go to the THINK section and look over the questions before you view the video. 

View the video and complete the THINK questions. *Make sure you are signed in so you can save your answers! (and I can see them)

Go to the DISCUSS section and read the question.  You can then go to the DIG DEEPER section for two links that give you more information.  Post your answer to the question.  We will be discussing this on Zoom on Thursday.

Online Learning Information

Hello Everyone!

We will be getting started with Socials online on 
Tuesday, April 7.
* I have scheduled meeting times when we would normally be having class so it should not conflict with your other courses.

3 Things to Do BEFORE we meet on Tuesday...

1.  We will be using Zoom which can be used from a computer, tablet or phone - please download and get yourself set up so you are ready to go!

2.  Are you able to access Freshgrade? If you have forgotten your login information please email me so I can send it to you. Read # 3 

3.  You will need a password to join our Zoom meeting I will put this on Freshgrade (see #2 above) so only people in our class will have access.  When you sign in please sign in with your first and last name (no nicknames please).  Attendance will be taken and participating will contribute to your course assessment!

Finishing Your Research!

1.  Project:Where should you be...?
* Research mostly complete by end of class today 
     **Remember you will need to submit your research notes and bibliography!
* Clear Plan for making your artifact tomorrow
* All artifact supplies at school today or ready to bring tomorrow

2.  Complete Research
     * Make sure your notes include images, maps, art, etc. as well as facts.
    * Complete the Historical Significance sheet as part of your notes.
    *  Double check your bibliography is complete and in the correct format.

3.  Have everything ready to go for your artifact making tomorrow... supplies AND a researched plan! 
Artifact handout should be complete!
